Rental Agreement
Once credit card information is exchanged, guests agree to the Cleaning Policy and Cancellation Policy. Guests also agree they will not exceed the occupancy limit, not smoke, not bring pets, not host events or second party guests, and not create major neighborhood disturbances.
If at any time guests break contract with such agreements, the management reserves the right to evict all guests without refund.
